Apart from helping you keep warm during cold conditions and help to overcome shyness in social gathering, there are also a handful of benefits that comes with moderate alcohol consumption.
Now before you rush to the next bar and start drinking your life away and hoping to live longer, remember and have it imprinted on your mind that moderation is the key to alcohol’s benefits. . That means one drink a day on average for women and two drinks a day for men. Beyond that, you are on your own. Remember MODERATION.

The 24-year-old has been held by officers from the Metropolitan Police, along with a 35-year-old man.

Tulisa - who achieved fame with pop band N-Dubz - was subject to a newspaper 'sting' at the weekend.

It was alleged the singer had helped set up a large cocaine deal.

A Scotland Yard spokesman said: "Officers from Westminster have today arrested two people - a 35 year-old man and a 24-year-old woman - by appointment at a central London police station on suspicion of being concerned with the supply of class A drugs.

"They remain in custody at a central London police station."

Tulisa's spokesman declined to comment.

Tulisa was ditched as a judge from this year's X Factor series in favour of Sharon Osbourne, filming of which began today.

The London-born star recently confirmed she is working on new material, as she attempts to revive her flagging solo career.

Her debut album, The Female Boss, reached a lowly number 35 in the charts.

A top lawyer last night claimed Tulisa could lose £2million if she is ditched by sponsors over her drugs scandal.

As well as her pop career, Tulisa also has her own perfume and teen clothing range.
