Those eggs are being boiled in urine, and they are been made since thousands of years!
The urine is collected from local schools and the very best comes from boys under 10 years old. “They pee in buckets and we collect it fresh every day," explained chef Lu Ming."
Chef Ming claims that the eggs are delicious , healthy and makes ones mind stay awake and sharp. Ming is looking forward to a project to export Urine eggs to other countries and make it 'A big thing'.
